At Texas THON, our leadership team is the driving force behind our mission to support Dell Children's Medical Center!
Comprised of Management (President and Vice Presidents), Directors, and Assistant Directors, our leadership team is organized into divisions that oversee various aspects of Texas THON, including Advancement, Operations, Outreach, and Recruitment.
With a team of committed individuals, each member bringing diverse talents and backgrounds, we collaborate to coordinate events, drive fundraising initiatives, and nurture a community dedicated to creating a positive impact on the world!

The Advancement Division stands as the driving force behind Texas THON's financial success, taking a multifaceted approach to ensure sustainable growth. Comprising of dynamic committees specializing in fundraising, partnerships, and financial management, the division plays a pivotal role in orchestrating a variety of initiatives that contribute to Texas THON’s overall fundraising for Dell Children’s Medical Center!

The Operations Division is the creative backbone of Texas THON, creating everything from promotional materials and merchandise, to planning and executing vibrant events! At our core, we create the experience for our Miracle Makers, amplify the impact of Texas THON, and inspire others to join the movement to Change Kids’ Health!

Programming oversees the creative decisions for all of Texas THON’s large events. From Pancake Night to Dance Marathon, Programming oversees event schedules, plans engaging activities, coordinates entertainment, designs decorations, and ensuring a vibrant atmosphere for all of our Miracle Makers!

F&H coordinates events, communicates with, and serves as the primary point of contact for Miracle Families.
